Director
Richard has over 25 years of experience writing technical materials, and writing and marketing local and national general interest articles and a book. He received his undergraduate degree in Journalism and Technical Communication from Suffolk University in Boston, MA. He is a national speaker on healing from grief and journaling. He began working for M.C. Johnson Co., in trade show promotions while continuing his freelance career. He has served on the Board of many local non-profit organizations and is currently serving on the Board of Hospice of Naples.

Sue LeBlanc-Miller is the President and CFO. Mrs. Miller has been with M.C. Johnson Co., Inc. for over 25 years and is the core of our company. She has helped raise M. C. Johnson to its current status and has experienced everything our company has to offer. From literally piecing together our first CATH-SECURE® products, hiring young and talented employees, to relocating our business to Florida. Susan has done it ALL. Currently, Sue is responsible for all tax, financial and budget planning, while overseeing our organization and maintaining all vendor and customer relationships. She is an essential part of our company and exemplifies the spirit, dedication, and love we put into every one of our products and customer relationships.

Vice President
Matthew LeLievre is the Vice President. He recently joined The M.C. Johnson Company. As Vice President Mr. LeLievre is responsible for all aspects of day to day operations, customer satisfaction, product development as well as process and procedural improvement for all company projects and their affiliated staff. Mr. LeLievre holds multiple technical certifications and is currently working towards Six Sigma certification. He attained local recognition from the United Way of Lee County by raising funds to help with Hurricane Charley victims and has been working with Habitat for Humanity for over 4 years. Mr. LeLievre holds a bachelor’s degree within the College of Business in Management Information Systems from Florida Gulf Coast University.

She was the epitome of creativity and persistence and would be proud to know that the team has continued to market and sell her products and has continued her hard work and traditions. M. C.
